The HRAM originates and leads Human Resources and Administration practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce. The HRAM coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources and Administration staff; reports to the General Manager (GM) and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resource and Administration issues. Primary Objectives: • Development of a superior workforce. • Development of the Human Resources department. • Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. • Personal on-going development. • Managing Administrative functions of the company. • Directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of varios administrative activities. • Managing office operations and works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action. • Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, personnel policies, and procedures. • Health & safety of the workforce.
