 Prepare and distribute various documents.  Handle and screen incoming calls, responding to customer enquiries and complaints, making notes of essential information and prioritizing the calls to be returned by the Director.  Organize the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment; maintaining the condition of the office in a neat and pleasant status.
