Marketing and Public Relations Activities
- Coordinate all marketing and Public Relations activities within ASC in order to build and maintain positive relationships with the public as well as sustaining the Company reputation and brand image.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of communication strategies for events, forums, and exhibitions.
- Implement Public Relations programs designed to meet the Company objectives as well as to create and maintain favorable public image.
- Handle all media activities related to the public relations such as preparing and issuing press releases on behalf of the Company.
- Coordinate special events, such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, tours, competitions and sponsorships.
- Coordinate all activities in relation to the posting of online content and news on the Company website (in coordination with the Information Technology function).
- Use and utilize various electronic communication channels, brochures and other promotional materials to enhance awareness of ASC service offerings.
- Carry out the required reception arrangements for key guests visiting the Company premises.
- Write and edit internal and external communications documents such as press/ media releases, editorials, periodic print/online reports, etc. within set agreed timeframes.
- Execute promotional campaigns, identify media trends, news cycles, and opportunities.
- Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Generated reports to evaluate and analayze data from campaigns and events
Reports
- Coordinate all marketing and Public Relations activities within ASC in order to build and maintain positive relationships with the public as well as sustaining the Company reputation and brand image. Prepare and submit progress reports that cover MRKT and PR activities for the Direct Manager, as requested.
